Summer Reservations
Call 1-800-RAPIDS-9 (727-4379) as early as possible to ensure the dates you want are available.
Reservations will be held for up to 7 days at which time a 50% deposit is required via MasterCard/Visa, money orders, personal checks & Travelers' Checques. This deposit is transferable or refundable up to 30 days before your arrival minus a 10% office fee of persons/people total reservation costs.
Your reservation must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your arrival date. Any reservations made within this time must be paid in full by MasterCard/Visa or money orders. If you cancel within 30 days of your trip, all payments are non-refundable.
Winter Reservations

If North American determines that the trails are "not ridable" you can be transfered to another date this year or will receive a rain check for up to one year.
Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase our cancellation insurance, should you have to cancel your trip due to an emergency.
This protection entitles each participant to a full refund in the event of forced cancellation resulting from personal illness, injury, death of an immediate family member, or military deployment. Documentary proof of loss from a competent authority is required to support claims. The cancellation insurance fee is 7% of your total reservation. Protection extends to one traveling companion, and the minor children of the participant.
No refunds or transfers will be issued within 30 days of your trip date, regardless of circumstances without Cancellation Insurance
